Title:
The Qarma Chakra

Abstract:
The Dharmachakra, or the Wheel of Dharma is  a symbol from ancient India
and one of the Ashtamangala of Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism. The Dharma
wheel symbol has represented Buddhism, Gautama Buddha's teachings and
his walking of the path to Enlightenment since the time of early
Buddhism.

In the case of the tweakable block cipher Qarma (arguably one of the
ways to achieve enlightenment in cryptography), however, it refers to
the various technologies that have been developed around Qarma (that's
the circular part) and to extend or improve is (its nave). All these things
are clearly connected (and so we have the spokes).

In this talk we shall discuss these technologies. In particular

1) Using QARMA for memory encryption;
2) Using QARMA for something else;
3) Update on tweak compression; and
4) Towards a new key schedule for QARMA.

and maybe some more stuff, should the organisers be insane enough to
give us enough time to talk about it.
